The idea and the character are based on the character found on traditional Javanese Leather Puppets such as Anoman, Gareng, Petruk, Bagong, Limbuk, Cangik, King Rahwana, Monster Cakil, Monster Lembu Sura, and Denawa the Evil Giant.
